For me cooking and baking is my tharapy.. i love the way it makes me feel and how i see the peoples expression on there faces when the take the first bite of somthing i made. i love sushi, cup cakes and the the best thing home made worm chocolate chip cookies =) i do not cook with sugar or artifusal sweetners but i cook with Agave nector it is organic i dont cook with sufar because i am alergac to sugar, yeast and corn, so i have learned to cook and live with out them in my life diat.
